The remodel committee was  encouraged by the amount of money pledged for the  purchase of the steeple and cross.  In just one week of seeking pledges, more than 60% of the money was pledged by over 20 families in the church.  With this information, the committee voted to proceed with the purchase of the steeple and cross, and will continue to take pledges and donations until expenses are fully paid.
